Worth knowing before you subscribe

We prefer to state the limits up front rather than have you discover them later.

  • The resources allocated to each plan are defined in the contract and are not published as unconfirmed figures.
  • Renewal reminders are sent 30, 15, 7 and 1 day before expiry.

Frequently asked questions

Do you help migrate an existing site?
Yes. Migration follows a scheduled plan that minimises downtime, with a full backup taken beforehand and a rollback path.
What is the backup policy?
Periodic backups are taken and retained for a period defined in the contract. A provider backup is not a substitute for a copy you keep yourself.
How does support work?
Through the ticketing system in the client portal, in Arabic or English, under the response times set out in the service-level agreement.
